We come from diverse backgrounds but are all dedicated to equipping believers, supporting micro churches, and spreading the Gospel. Each member brings unique gifts and experiences, working together to serve with integrity, humility, and love.

Our goal is to assemble a team of committed believers who align with our mission and can help steward this ministry with integrity and vision.

You may notice that our current board members share the same last name. This is because my grandfather apprenticed my father and me in this micro church ministry, passing down both his wisdom and vision. As we continue to grow, we are committed to establishing a diverse board that brings together a variety of perspectives, experiences, and spiritual gifts to guide Open Door with wisdom and integrity.

As a volunteer-driven ministry, we rely on passionate individuals who feel called to serve—whether through teaching, administration, tech support, prayer ministry, or community outreach.
